NCIS: The Finale "The Pyramid" Still Hunting for the Port-to-Port Killer - What Is Vance's Secret?
They're still on the hunt for the Port-to-Port killer, who now has a name – Navy Lieutenant Jonas Cobb (Kerr Smith) – but there is plenty going on in the federal agency to worry you as well.
Gibbs (Mark Harmon) and Vance (Rocky Carroll) have never really gotten along, but things have been even more tense between the two lately. Mike Franks returned in this week's "Swan Song" with Decker's insurance policy, which he said has kept him in good standing with the NCIS Director. He died and left the box to Gibbs, who has been wondering just what Mike had on Vance. The director insisted that there was nothing, but there has always been a bit of a mystery surrounding him. According to Gary Glasberg,
"The finale really hits a lot of the Vance-Gibbs tension. It's going to provide a lot of answers to what Vance has been dealing with all season. Gibbs is going to become privy to a lot of it… and it's going to bring his relationship with Vance to another level."
"There are definite changes that affect NCIS. The team is going to have to work together in a way they've never had to work together before next season."
