By now, we all know that J.P. Rosenbaum,  known as J.P., won the heart of Ashley Hebert on her season of "The Bachelorette." He is 34 years old and is a construction worker in New York City. He flew under the radar for quite some time. When the bio's and photos of the contestants for Ashley's season were out, his did not appear until after the first episode. I remember thinking, after the first episode, "who is this guy." Someone was trying to fool us!
 
He is originally from Roslyn, New York. He states that his three worst attributes are: being stubborn, getting frustrated too easily when things do not go his way, and he has little patience. He is not fond of dancing However,  I think, Ashley will get him out on the floor. She loves to dance and even teaches it, at times.
 
He did not have the easiest time as a bachelor on the show. Bentley seemed to capture quite a bit of Ashley's thoughts. He came back to the show, if you will remember. Many of the men were very upset. She was hesitant to tell J.P., but she did. He was a bit upset but seemed to understand.
 
Then during the meeting when J.P. met Ashley's family, her sister did not think he was the one for Ashley. She  let her thoughts known to both Ben and Ashley. For a time, it looked as if the two might not work out. But of course, that was due to editing by ABC. During After the Final Rose Show, Ashley's sister told J.P. she was sorry for her judgment of him. Ben Flajnik is of course the current Bachelor and was Ashleys second choice!

J.P. got the final rose and proposed. Ashley and J.P. are still together, as of this writing, 01/11. She moved in with him and they have been seen all around, very happy. They would like to have a wedding in the fall of 2012, but as yet, no date. If you follow their tweets, they are romantic, fun loving, and absolutely in love.
