For the charity event, each one of the team members had to run the kitchen for one course, with the red team serving The American Cancer Society donators, while the blue were serving The American Humane Association. Dinner service was the usual nightmare on Hell’s Kitchen, with Elizabeth unable to guide the team at all, and Tommy having his usual spacey issues. Meanwhile, Jennifer thought that Elise and Elizabeth were trying to sabotage her. When Elise tried to passing off raw apples on her, Jennifer thought it was revenge for a mistake she made earlier.

The red team just continued to unravel as Jennifer and Elise got into a confrontation during the service, leaving Gordon Ramsay shaking his head. The blue ended by pulling their team together, and the three of them ended up with black jackets, Tommy, Paul, Wil. The red team, however, were up for elimination for having the poorer performance. Elise and Jennifer got into another confrontation at the elimination line, while Gordon once again just sat back, listened and shook his head.

Finally, Gordon shut them up and asked each one to plea as to why they belonged in Hell’s Kitchen. Gordon Ramsay called Jennifer up, and asked her to take off her jacket, leaving Jennifer in tears. But then, he handed Jennifer a black jacket! In the end, Gordon Ramsay felt that Elizabeth was not worthy of a black jacket, and he gave the last one to Elise.

So after watching a lot of the preview video for next week's episode over and over again in slow motion I can decipher the following.

First, there was some talk about an image in the preview showing someone in a "blue team" jacket with a bloody left hand. It is not Joseph because Joseph threw his jacket off as he rushed towards Gordon so he would not be wearing a jacket. Secondly, looking at that same image as a still shot, you can clearly make out a distinct part in the hairstyle of whoever hurt their hand. The hairstyle does not match Joseph's. I am sure the person with the injured hand shown in the clip is the same guy who was also shown cutting himself accidentally with knife.

Second, there was talk of an image in the preview of someone hunched over and being helped to stand upright by having a medic holding them by the arm. The person being assisted has a white "top" on and thus was rumored to be Gordon. I have also checked over this image several times. If you look at Gordon's shirt sleeves as Joseph approaches him you will notice that the sleeves are so short .that they do not even come close to reaching down to his elbows. Now if you look at the sleeves of the person being assisted by medics in the preview video, their sleeves extend all the way down towards the upper part of the forearm. So, if the person being assisted is in fact Gordon, then it is obvious that he is wearing a different shirt while being assisted than he is wearing when confronted by Joseph. So, the clip of the person being helped by medics obviously is not a clip of Gordon having been beaten down by Joseph unless for some reason Gordon got punched and then decided to change shirts before the paramedics arrived. This is not too likely so I would say that the scene of the medics helping someone is not related to the confrontation between Gordon and Joseph that ended last night's episode.

Third, from what I can tell by re-watching the preview for next week, Joseph is eliminated during the current elimination because nowhere in the preview can I see any sign of Joseph. Maybe they just did not show him and he actually does remain in the competition, but based solely on the preview he is not in the next episode.

I'm so glad that Robert from last seasons Hell's Kitchen is okay and I'm glad Gordon gave him another chance. I only hope his health is okay, I thought I saw another preview of someone asking for parametics again. I hope whoever it is okay.

What happens on next week's episode with Chef and that maniac little punk Joseph?

Hope it's a good one. I saw previews and it looks like the tables just might get turned on Gordon Ramsey this time.
