Drew Lachey was born August 8, 1976. He is known as an American singer, actor, member of 98 Degrees, and winner of the second Dancing with the Stars. He has a younger brother named Nick Lachey.
He was once a combat medic in the United States Army and also an Emergency medical technician (EMT) in New York City. He attended the School for Creative and Performing Arts in the Cincinnati Public School District.
He and his brother were members of the pop group 98 Degrees. He has also performed on Broadway as Mark Cohen in the musical, "Rent." He also had several appearances on his brothers MTV show, "Newlyweds: Nick and Jessica."
During the second season of Dancing with the Stars (2006), Drew was one of the celebrities. His partner was Cheryl Burke. During his sixth week, he earned a perfect score of 30 for his Tango. His Paso Doble and freestyle dances also earned perfect scores. All of which led to his winning the Mirror Ball Trophy.
Since then, Drew has co-hosted the 2006 Miss USA pageant. In 2007, he toured in Canada and the United States for the "Dancing with the Stars Tour. And he continues to busy himself with hosting various others shows when asked.
He is married to his childhood sweetheart and they have two children. I imagine one or two of the children might be in the audience a time or two. I always love watching celebrity children. They get so excited and are always so adorable. Join us in the DWTS All Stars Forum
