American Idol Recap March 28: “Magical Mystery Tour of Talent and Emotion”

It was an emotional night as the idols took on the music of their idols this evening and, as far as singing technique is concerned, it was clear that everyone had stepped up their game as the judges were on their feet a record five times. We heard covers of Lifehouse, Miranda Lambert, Carrie Underwood, Eric Benet, and Johnny Lang but my question is this, where are the musical icons on this list? Granted, the contestants are all ...
