Ali has her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts where she maintained a 4.0 GPA. Alexandra "Ali" Fedotowsky was the star of The Bachelorette Season 6.

At the time Ali was the leading contender out of the final four bachelorettes along with her fellow bachelorettes Tenley Molzahn , Gia Allemand , and Vienna Girardi; who ironically would go onto date Kasey Kahl who Ali sent home.

Ali grew up in Williamstown, Massachusetts, with one sister and one brother where she attending Mount Greylock Regional High School. She played varsity soccer for four years while maintaining a 4.0 GPA.
