Tiger Woods' ex wife Elin Nordegren has just purchased this $12.2 million North Palm Beach mansion valued at $13 million. The 6 bedroom, 8 bath traditional home has over 9,000 square feet of living space and is located on a private beach road within a gated community. The former wife to Tiger Woods purchased the estate through a private sale, the property had not been publicly listed for sale. Elin has kept good on her promise to relocate while keeping the children close to their father who lives on nearby Jupiter Island. Elin's home is approximately 10 miles south of Wood's Jupiter Island home, also on the beach. Nordegren, 30, is set to leave her Orlando home with the ex-couple's two children within the next few weeks.
